Miele appliances are built and tested to last up to 20 years. To keep your appliances happy and healthy, we recommend carrying-out regular maintenance checks to prevent any unexpected faults. Take any worry and thinking out of it and let Miele's new Service Maintenance programme do the work for you!

"Service Maintenance" involves:

  • All call out, labour and parts charges for the reported faults
  • 12 months guarantee against the parts used and labour
  • For any appliance that is beyond economic repair the cost of the Fixed Price Repair can be used against purchasing a replacement product directly from Miele

Products excluded from “Fixed Price Repair”:

  • MasterCool appliances
  • Range Cookers
  • Dialog Ovens

The “Fixed Price Repair” includes:
