Variable-speed pump

The variable-speed pump is at the heart of Miele laboratory glasswashers. The speed of the pump and thus the wash pressure is adjusted for individual programme blocks – high pressure facilitates the removal of stubborn soiling, while low pressure guarantees complete wetting of the load items. This intelligent technology is particularly efficient in terms of water and energy consumption.

Safety through controls
Residues from chemical agents during the final rinse phase can compromise the reprocessing result. Conductivity monitoring of the wash water facilitates the detection of such residues and their reduction to a defined level through further rinsing. This means that the reprocessing is more reliable, more resource-friendly and also reproducible.

The versatile load carriers from Miele Professional offer a hugely diverse range of possibilities with regard to loading.brThe load carriers can be flexibly adapted to the wash items in just a few steps with a small number of load carriers in combination with some additional modules and inserts. This saves costs as well as space.

Simple loading with EasyLoad
The EasyLoad system makes reprocessing laboratory glassware considerably faster, simpler and more reliable. The biggest benefit afforded by the new system is that wash items can be positioned over nozzles both more simply and faster as height adjustment of the holders is no longer necessary thanks to the smart combination of nozzles and holder racks. This makes correct positioning extremely easy.

The programmable controls give Miele Professional washer-disinfectors, thermal disinfectors and lab washers a high level of flexibility. The appliances are already equipped with numerous programmes ex works. Authorised users can modify these programmes or upload their own.
