It's time to change.

Glitch-free and fast experiments and analyses are a quality feature in any laboratory. Reliably cleaned laboratory glassware is a prerequisite: Only this approach is able to guarantee reproducibly good results. Manual cleaning, however, is hardly able to ensure consistently good results in the reprocessing of glassware. And there are numerous other downsides. Only machine-based reprocessing ensuring analytical levels of quality guarantee the consistency and precision required in everyday laboratory life.

Change from manual glass cleaning to machine-based cleaning

Switching from manual cleaning to using a laboratory glasswasher results in higher productivity and reduces the use of valuable resources such as time, water, energy and detergents.

Time to Change:

Lab Washer PG 8504

Stainless steel coloured laboratory washer shown on a grey background.

Greater capacity
Up to 64 injector nozzles when using two laboratory glassware modules. Optimised chamber dimensions and a completely overhauled load carrier programme saves time, storage space and costs.

Short cycles
60 glasses cleaned in 24 minutes in standard programme. This increases throughput and speeds up reprocessing during peak periods.

Greater purity
Excellent cleaning performance and the efficient use of resources thanks to variable-speed heater pump. For perfect spray pressure in all programme phases.

Two levels
Use of two EasyLoad modules on one level. Use of second level for baskets and inserts. This ensures maximum flexibility in, for example, reprocessing beakers.

Greater flexibility
The modular approach to baskets offers a large number of combination options for intuitive operation. Reduction in number of load carriers needed saves both on investments and storage space.

Greater Hygiene
Laser technology is used to weld the chamber, resulting in a finish without nooks or crannies where soil can accumulate. The relocation of heater elements to outside the chamber guarantees even greater hygiene.

PG 8504 [AD]Laboratory dishwasher with AD-water supply.
Product details
PG 8504 [AD]Laboratory dishwasher  with AD-water supply.
  • Perf./cycle, e.g. 64  narrow necked/lab glassware w/ injectors
    Further stacking options
At the same time it is possible to reprocess other laboratory glassware in the upper basket.
  • Efficient use of resources - variable speed heater pump
    The heart of perfect results
In the individual programmes the speed of the pump and thus the wash pressure is adjusted in line with the relevant requirements – high pressure facilitates the removal of stubborn soiling, whilst low pressure guarantees the complete wetting of all the wash items. As a result, the consumption of water and energy remains particularly low with optimum wash pressure at all times.
  • Dispense process chemicals easily: Powder dispenser in the door
  • With DI water connection – final rinse with DI water

        EasyLoad
The EasyLoad system makes reprocessing laboratory glassware considerably faster, simpler and more reliable. The biggest benefit afforded by the new system is that load items can be positioned over nozzles both more simply and faster as height adjustment of the holders is no longer necessary thanks to the smart combination of nozzles and holding frames. This makes correct positioning extremely easy.
      • Nozzle spacing 118 mm across the width, 118 mm across the depth
