Wellington College is a British co-educational boarding and day independent school in the village of Crowthorne in Berkshire. Wellington is a registered charity and currently has just over 1000 pupils aged between 13 and 18.
In 2011, Wellington College approached Miele Professional through an existing relationship with James Holmes at SLS, now part of WASHCO, and it was soon discovered that Miele’s products suited the College’s needs better than the existing machines. Not only that, but the service offered by the German brand was exactly what the College had been looking for.
They had their first washing machine installed two years ago and recently installed 6 x PW6167 16kg washing machines, 1 x PT8407 16kg dryer, 5 x PT8507 20kg dryers and 1 x PM1421 ironer installed. They are moving towards exclusively using Miele machines.
