The robot vacuum cleaner is switched off.
Switch the robot vacuum cleaner on using the switch on the side of the appliance, see Fig. 1.

Robot vacuum cleaner unresponsive
The robot vacuum cleaner does not respond to operation.
The signal between the infrared transmitter on the remote control and the receiver on the robot vacuum cleaner is broken.
Carefully clean the infrared transmitter and the receiver with a soft, dry cloth.
Make sure that no items disrupt the signal.
The receiver is located on the appliance between the programme selection, see Fig. 2.
The batteries in the remote control have been inserted incorrectly.
Check the position of the batteries and make sure the polarity is correct, see Fig. 3.
The batteries in the remote control are empty.
Replace the batteries in the remote control. Make sure the polarity is correct, see Fig. 3.
The distance between the remote control and the robot vacuum cleaner is not ideal.
Increase or decrease the distance and when using the remote control, direct it towards the robot vacuum cleaner.
The battery is empty.
Charge the battery at the base station or from the power supply unit. The socket for the plug is located right next to the ON/OFF switch, see Fig. 4.
