The food has been placed on the incorrect shelf level.
Use the most suitable shelf level for the food and operating mode as specified in the cooking chart. You can find the cooking chart in the operating instructions.

There are additional trays or accessories in the Dialog oven which are blocking the heat.
Remove any accessories that are not being used from the Dialog oven.
