Cooling fan continues to operate after switch-off

The cooling fan of the induction hob continues to operate after the induction hob has been switched off.

The fan will continue running until the appliance has cooled down. It will then switch itself off automatically. If the temperature is still too high as a result of residual heat, the fan will come back on again for a short time.
