Food too moist

The food is too moist.

An unsuitable operating mode was used.

If you are experiencing this problem, it is better to use the “Fan plus” operating mode as this removes more air from the oven.

The temperature was set too high.

Reduce the temperature by 10–20 °C.

This will mean that the pores of the food close more slowly and more moisture can disperse.

Too much moisture remains in the oven compartment.

Switch on the Crisp function.

When cooking moist food such as frozen chips, follow the instructions on the packaging and turn the food more often to reduce the moisture in the oven compartment.

Open the appliance door 2 to 3 times during cooking if there is a lot of food or if the food is very moist.
