What temperature should I use for AirFry?

Handling food carefully will help protect your health.

Food like cakes, pizzas and fries should be cooked until golden, not dark brown.

The recommended temperature for AirFry  operating mode is 190 °C. You can change the recommended temperature in a range of 30–250 °C.
Change the recommended temperature according to the information in the recipe or the most recent operating instructions.
If you are cooking frozen food/ready meals, follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging. Use the lowest temperature recommended on the packaging.

Example temperature settings:

  • French fries, frozen: 180–190 °C

  • Potato croquettes, frozen: 180–190 °C

  • Deep-frozen fish fingers: 220–230 °C

  • French fries, fresh: 220 °C

  • Chicken thighs, fresh (baking and roasting rack on universal tray): 190–200 °C

  • Chicken nuggets, fresh: 210 °C
