Moisture on the heater elements
If you use the oven function much less often than the steam oven function, this fault can occur in rare cases. The heater elements cannot dry and the moisture that builds up on them increases. The moisture can cause a defect on the heater element.

Use the oven function regularly to allow the heater elements in the steam oven to dry.
