Residual water inside the oven compartment

An increased amount of residual water is accumulating in the oven compartment of the steam oven/combination steam oven. Residual water is accumulating inside the oven compartment when the oven is used for sous-vide cooking multiple times in succession.

Sous-vide cooking cooks food at a low temperature over a long cooking duration. Therefore, because excess water on the floor of the oven compartment is not able to evaporate, an increased amount of residual water may accumulate inside the oven compartment.

If you are using sous-vide cooking several times in succession, remove residual water from the floor of the oven compartment by hand in between each cooking cycle.
