Steam outlet increasingly in heating-up phase

More steam escapes during the steam oven/combination steam oven heating-up phase than during cooking.

During the heating-up phase, the appliance is heated constantly to reach the required temperature quickly. This causes more steam to escape. During cooking, more heat is only supplied occasionally to maintain the temperature. The amount of steam that develops is therefore much lower.
