The cooker hood is configured for two types of lighting.
The cooker hood electronic module is configured for ambient lighting and hob lighting. The installed cooker hood only has one hob light.
Specify the type of lighting in the voice command. Say “Alexa, tell Miele to switch on the hob lighting on the cooker hood”. If the cooker hood responds, you can use this command.
Alternatively, you can have a service technician reprogramme the control module for the cooker hood. Contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
Once the control module has been reprogrammed, you can use the “Alexa, switch on the cooker hood light” voice command.
