The drain filter has not been screwed tight or has been screwed in cross threaded.
Clean the drain filter, see operating instructions.
Put the drain filter in place.
To ensure that the thread grips properly, turn the drain filter anti-clockwise by half a turn before screwing it in.
Tighten the drain filter by hand.
Close the access panel.
